We are happy to share that Terry Power,  esteemed professor of Strategic and Advanced International Studies at Royal Roads University, and an Advisory Board Member for the Knowledge Management Institute of Canada, has just published his latest book, titled "Canada's Arctic Sovereignty: Under Attack."
