Student Fellowship Program

Knowledge Management is a strategic, business discipline for managing the cultural conditions necessary to ensure the effective capture, transfer and translation of knowledge from those who “know” to those who “need to know” in support of both individual and organizational goals, objectives and outcomes” (B. Melnick, 2012)

To cultivate the next generation of knowledge management professionals in Canada, the Knowledge Management Institute of Canada (KMIC) offers a Student Fellowship Program. Each season, a group of talented, hard working students will be given the opportunity to participate in the KMIC Fellowship Program, and to engage in authentic KM projects and activities with world renowned leaders, creators & professionals in the knowledge management field.
