Day 1- June 3 – Nowshade Kabir, Owner, Knolee Group

Nowshade Kabir is the owner of Knolee Group. Nowshade holds a Phd in Information Sciences and an MBA. He has wide experience in Business Consulting, Deal Making, Commercial Property Development and Managing, International Trade, Internet Projects Development and Marketing.

 Day 2 – June 4 – Oswald Zachariah`, Manager of Innovation and Knowledge Management, Ontario Ministry of Agriculture and Food / Ministry of Rural Affairs

 Presentation Topic: “Knowledge Challenges At OMAFRA And The Corrective Strategies Which Were Applied To Solve These Challenges”



 Oswald Zachariah is the Manager of Innovation & Knowledge Management at the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture and Food / Ministry of Rural Affairs. He is a graduate of the University of Guelph (PhD and MSc). Oswald has taught for three years, worked as a research officer for three years, served as executive director of a multi-island development agency for three years, and managed key environmental policy, research, innovation, and knowledge management initiatives during the past 15 years. He is currently leading his ministry’s Knowledge Management Strategy.

 Day 3 – June 5: Margot Brown, Executive Director, Knowledge Services at  KPMG

Presentation Topic:  Building a Knowledge Management Strategy at KPMG”



Margot is an information and knowledge management professional with leadership experience in both the private and public sectors. skilled in establishing and maintaining collaborative partnerships and experienced in developing and implementing innovative and effective knowledge programs.

Margot's specialties include:Collaborative technologies, strategic approaches to managing knowledge, information management plans and strategies, operationalizing KM, organizational development specifically change management,

Prior to joining KPMG, Margot served as Director of Knowledge Management with Canada Health Infoway and Manager of Organizational Development at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
