Tom has a distinguished record in leading collaborative innovation partnerships to advance workplace learning and professional practice. In his KMIC projects, he focuses on executive strategy to foster innovative workplaces that are globally exemplary in creating and mobilizing knowledge. His recent work as a “Connector, Coach and Catalyst” includes assignments in Canada, the U.S., Europe and Australia.
Tom’s past roles in Canada include serving as Associate Vice-President for Learning Resources and Innovation at the University of Waterloo, co-directing the Workplace Learning industry-university research collaboration within a national Network of Centres of Excellence and many partnership projects for knowledge creation and mobilization with Canada’s high- tech leaders, public agencies and higher education institutions.
