Once we have set-up your private Knowledge Xchange, it is yours going forward. When you pre-buy consulting hours you can use them any time you wish over the course of 12 months and you can download the content at any time during this period. You can also use the Knowledge Xchange environment as often as you like for your own internal collaboration purposes at no additional charge* . If you become a corporate member of the Institute, you can save an additional 20% and the more hours you buy, the more you save. Here's an example:
