Qasim possesses an Hon B.Sc., Computer Science (Information Systems) & Mathematics from the University of Toronto.

Qasim is an expert in holistic Knowledge Management approaches. His specialization spans not just enabling technologies, but also the business process, organizational, and cultural reinforcements needed to make Knowledge Management work the way it should - driving real business value.

Qasim brings over thirteen years of management consulting and leadership expertise, across Oil & Gas, Aerospace/Defense, Telecomm, Finance/Insurance, and Healthcare sectors. He has had the privilege to work with some of Canada’s greatest experts in Change Management, Knowledge Management, and Records Management and now uses these insights to guide clients to a whole new level of performance in the Knowledge Age.

Qasim is an experienced and certified Knowledge Manager (CKM), Project Manager (PMP), and Agile/SCRUM Master (CSM).  He holds specialist designations in Content and Records Management (eRMs, ECMs, IOAs).  He is also expert trained in PROSCI Change Management and NLP.  Qasim loves to travel and present on Knowledge Management subjects.  He is based in Edmonton (Alberta, Canada) serving clients all across Western Canada.
