Tony provides human resources training and consulting expertise, drawing on his corporate experience as a human resources professional, and his line roles as an account manager and head of customer service. His focus is always on developing employees who are informed, engaged and aligned to the organization's brand promise and strategy.

Prior to consulting in 1994, Tony worked at a number of large firms in increasingly senior business and human resources roles. In his last corporate role Tony held responsibilities for  training and designing and implementing a new organization-wide culture transformation and service delivery model.

Tony has worked with a range of clients to provide practical and implementable solutions to HR opportunities and challenges.
 
Tony has served as the President of the Human Resources Professionals of York Region, key policy committees of the Toronto Board of Trade and on the Board of Toronto HR Professionals Association. He has been featured in the Globe and Mail and other publications.
