Grove was responsible for the establishing Dynamic’s first Customer Support Centre in Michigan in 2011 and for crafting the Company’s marketing and sales strategy resulting in the successful implementation of Dynamic’s hydrogen technology across Pepsi Beverage Company’s commercial trucking division. Prior to joining Dynamic, Grove served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Hy-Drive Technologies, managing global sales accounts, distribution and sales teams in support of Hy-Drive’s corporate business strategy.

Mohamed Bhyat, Organizational Knowledge Management Systems Canada

Former CIO for the Department of the Premier in the Gauteng Provincial Government in South Africa where Bhyat developed and implemented the vision and strategy for the "Role of Information Technology in Building a Globally Competitive Smart Province”. Bhyat has extensive multi-disciplinary experience in Canada and internationally. A senior level executive with a deep understanding of business and technology.

We lost Paul Bogin in 2016. Paul was instrumental in the launch of the KMIC. His business acumen, encouragement and friendship will be greatly missed.

Paul was the former COO of the PGA of America. Paul joined the PGA as a consultant in January 1989, and was named the Association's first Chief Operating Officer in April 1990. During his PGA term, Bogin guided the operations of The PGA's Marketing, Communications and Broadcasting, Golf Properties, Tournaments, Membership Programs, Human Resources and Special Events departments.

A seasoned human resources professional, Lyne has twenty-five years of experience in human resources, health and safety, and labour relations, where she has held various management positions in the municipal, health care and not-for-profit sectors. Lyne is a member of the Canadian Electricity Association’s Human Resources Committee, Chair of the Electricity Distributors Association’s Human Resources Council, and a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association.

Dr. Terry Power, Royal Roads University

Terry Power is a professor of strategic and advanced international studies. He is a published columnist and has had published a number of well adopted texts. Power sits on a number of national boards including; the Comprehensive Security Studies Group (CSSG) and The Academic Board of the Institute of Strategic and International Studies.

Roberta Reyns, Director, Supply Chain Services at Ontario Power Generation

Roberta Reyns expertise includes implementing a centre-led SC Operating Model including standardizing governance, implementing cloud-based IT solutions, performance reporting, training and change management activities. Roberta was a member of the Electricity Sector Council’s Knowledge Management and Transfer Steering Committee and led the development and implementation of a knowledge management program at OPG.

Oswald Zachariah, Manager, Innovation & Knowledge Management at Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs

Oswald has taught, worked as a research officer, served as executive director of a multi-island development agency and managed key environmental policy, research, innovation, and knowledge management initiatives during the past 15 years. He is currently leading his ministry’s Knowledge Management Strategy.
