Deep Barriers to Workplace Innovation

Thursday, March 1, 2018

As part of our Pan-Canadian effort to improve workplace innovation, and ensure that every graduate in Canada is "innovation capable", we are delighted to announce that KMIC's CKO Blake Melnick, will be presenting a unit on "Deep Barriers to Innovation" as part of the first prototype course on Workplace Innovation being offered at Kwantlen University in British Columbia. This program is the culmination of over two years of combined research by business and academic partners, which will lead to the development of a universally recognized micro-credential in workplace innovation. Lessons learned from this prototype program will be applied to a follow-on certification program being offered by KMIC in the spring of 2018
