KMIC’s Chief Knowledge Officer, Blake Melnick will be presenting at the Conference Board of Canada’s, Council on Innovation and Commercialization on February 12-13, 2019, hosted by OCAD University in Toronto.
“How do we prepare students and employees for the challenge of working with knowledge that doesn’t exist; using practices that don’t exist; in jobs that don’t exist? …Introducing WINCan, a Pan-Canadian design research project to ensure every graduate is innovation enabled and every employee is able to contribute to innovation in their organizations”
Blake Melnick will be leading a panel presentation, along with Dhaval Shah, Director of Innovation with the Bank of Canada and Michel Tremblay, Senior Vice President of Policy and Innovation with the Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation. This session will highlight key successes and challenges in building Canada’s innovation capability.
